Do you know that every time you point at someone else to take blame for what should've been your responsibility...Look closely...1 finger IS pointing at that other person...
But look again...the 3 other fingers are pointing at you..yourself!!
Javanese old saying...
So...learn to accept responsibility for all of your action...the successes and the failures...the good and the mistakes...it's ok to fail...coz it's how you become successful.
